Personal data processing policy


1. General Provisions


This personal data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law dated July 27, 2006. No. 152-ФЗ On Personal Data and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the safety of personal data of Law Firm Emet LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1. The Operator sets as its most important goal and prerequisite for carrying out its activities the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrecy.

2. This Operator's policy regarding the personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about the visitors of the website http://lawfirmemet.eu.

. Major notions used in the Policy

1. Automated Personal Data Processing means computerized personal data processing;

 

2. Personal Data Blocking means suspension of personal data processing (unless such processing is required to specify personal data);

Personal Data Processing means any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed/ conducted using or not using any automation means with personal data, including personal data collection, recording, arranging, accumulation, storage, specification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transmission (dissemination, provision, access), depersonification, blocking, deletion, destruction.

 

7. Operator means a governmental authority, municipal authority, legal entity or natural person, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) carrying out processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of personal data processing, composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data;

 

8. Personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the http://lawfirmemet.eu website;

 

9. User means any visitor to the http://lawfirmemet.eu website;

 

10. Provision of personal data means actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;

Destruction of personal data means any actions as a result of which personal data are irretrievably destroyed with the impossibility of further recovery of the content of personal data in the information system of personal data and (or) as a result of which physical media containing personal data are destroyed.


3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User

1. Surname, name, patronymic;

2. E-mail;

3. Telephone numbers;

4. Position and company name;
5. The site also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrics and Google Analytics, etc.).

4. Personal data processing purposes

1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending e-mails; to enter into, perform and terminate civil law contracts; to provide the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained on the website.

 

2. The Operator also has the right to give notices to the User about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending a letter to the Operator to the e-mail address info@lawfirmemet.eu with the note “Opt-out of notifications about new products and services and special offers”.

5. Legal basis for personal data processing

6. Procedure for collection, storage, transfer and other types of personal data processing

The safety of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational and technical measures necessary for full compliance with the requirements of the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.

 

1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing personal data.

 

2. The User's personal data will never, under no circumstances, be disclosed to third parties, except in cases related to the enforcement of applicable legislation.

 

3. In case of identification of inaccuracies in personal data, the User may update them independently by sending a notice to the Operator to the Operator's e-mail address info@lawfirmemet.eu

4. The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notice to the Operator by e-mail to the Operator's e-mail address info@lawfirmemet.eu.

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data


1. Prior to the commencement of cross-border transfer of personal data, the operator is obliged to make sure that the foreign state, to which the personal data transfer is supposed to be carried out, provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

 

2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the foreign countries that do not meet the above requirements may only take place if there is a written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of his/her personal data and/or fulfillment of an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party.


8. Final Provisions

2. This document will reflect any amendments to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The policy is in effect indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
